- "Naomi is not working"
If the filter is not working, please make sure that there isn't any third-party application interfering with Naomi (read the FAQ for more information), and make sure you are using a supported operating system (compatibility is not guaranteed with Windows 98/ME and with 64-bit Windows versions.)
If you are unsure if Naomi is actually working on your pc, try visiting an adult site (e.g. playboy.com).

- "I have forgotten my password"
If you have forgotten your password, please don't write. There is no way i can recover your access password, because it's stored as a mathematical hash. The password is under your care - otherwise it wouldn't make sense to have password protection.
- "I have a technical problem"
If you are unable to reach Naomi's interface, make sure you have read the FAQ:
you will find information for downloading and using the "no tray icon"
plugin. If you are having any other technical problem, please report it, including as much information as possible about your computer's configuration (Windows version, processor, the version of Naomi that you are using, internet connection, etc.) If you are reporting technical issues, please make sure you are using the latest version of Naomi.
